Apple Pie Smoothie

- 1 large apple, sliced (I used a honeycrisp apple)
- 1 large banana
- 1½ cups non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 large date, pitted
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth!
Use a nut-free non-dairy milk to make this recipe nut-free.
Use a non-dairy milk other than soy milk to make this recipe soy-free.
