  • 1 large apple, sliced (I used a honeycrisp apple)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 large date, pitted
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth!
Use a nut-free non-dairy milk to make this recipe nut-free.
Use a non-dairy milk other than soy milk to make this recipe soy-free.
