Classic Green Monster Smoothie

Serves: 1
- 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients (in the order listed) into your blender and blend until smooth.
*You can also add in 1 tbsp protein powder for an added protein boost! I often add hemp protein to my smoothies.
